We watch your building automation system on a schedule, tell you what is actually wrong and why, and then we fix it. Independent of any equipment vendor.
BATSite reads your building automation system the way an expert operator would and tells you what’s actually wrong, and why. Spin the model and tap any unit.
We do not just flag an isolated alarm. We look across your connected equipment and trace a symptom back to what is actually causing it.
We tell you whether something is a genuine malfunction or just normal, by-design operation, so your team is not chasing alarms that are not problems.
Almost any system with a web interface. No new gateways, no protocol integration, no lengthy project to get started.
Diagnosis, control programming, and integration, from one independent partner that answers to you, not to an equipment line.
Before you commit to a full analytics platform or an autonomous optimizer, find out what is actually wrong and get it fixed first. Those tools assume your building already works. We make sure it does.
Scheduled expert checks of your building automation system. What is malfunctioning, why, and what to do about it.
We can write the control sequences, or if you have a preferred vendor, we can suggest program modifications.
Bring third-party systems and points into your main platform, fast, and across manufacturer lines.
Clear, modern operator screens for your system.
Getting equipment working the way it was designed to, and keeping it there.
Diagnosis through repair, handled by the same independent engineer.
Our monitoring caught failed and stuck sensors that the built-in diagnostics had missed.
We brought a third-party control system into the main platform in a fraction of the usual time, turning days of manual work into hours.
We pinpointed comfort faults down to the individual zone, the cold treatment room or the over-warm suite, and the cause behind each.
An anonymized report from a live check on a resort's ballroom reheat. Identifying details removed; the findings and readings are real.
Held the hot-water valves open on all six salons for six minutes. Discharge-air temperature did not rise on any of the four measurable zones (flows 62-750 cfm). That is not four separate valve failures — it is one systemic no-hot-water condition upstream: plant down, a closed riser isolation valve, or no loop flow.
Salons 3 and 6 read -60.3°F — an open-circuit thermistor, not a real temperature. Those two zones are controlling on dead sensors, and were set aside from the heat test until they are replaced.
One upstream hot-water problem was showing up as six separate "zone" complaints. Fix the plant and all six clear. Chasing them one zone at a time would have burned days.
Give us read-only access to your system through its web interface, and we will look at your equipment the way an experienced operator would — then send you a plain-language report on what is running normally, what is not, and why.
A temporary read-only login to your BAS web interface. We observe only, and change nothing.
Small building, we review it all. Larger building, we run a representative sample — one air handler and its zones, or the central plant — so you see the kind of thing we catch.
A written report within two business days, and a call to walk through it. No cost, no obligation.
Request your free one-time diagnostics, or just send a note. Twenty-eight years in building automation, across every major platform, independent of any equipment vendor.
